We heard baby Burt's heartbeat today! Jason came with me to the doctors office today to hear the first signs of life! The doctor made us pretty nervous because it took a while for the him to find the heartbeat. Apparently mom's heart is beating pretty strongly and was overwhelming the tiny heartbeat. But our doctor says everything looks great. We have an appointment in a month to have another sonogram, at which point we can find out the sex of our baby!
In not so fun news, the doctor confirmed that I have sciatica on my right side. The good news is that exercise, mother natures best drug, keeps it at bay. So lots of step, Body Pump, Body Flow, walking Cooper and maybe some touch football in my future. Ok….kidding about that last one.
